A paparazzo is suing Christina Aguilera, claiming he was spat upon and beaten up by her bodyguard. The alleged incident occurred after he took an unflattering picture of her leaving a Hollywood nightclub.
David Keeler claims he was taking pictures of stars as they left a club on May 21 last year when he saw Christina emerge in the early hours. He allegedly took pictures of the artist who "appeared to be intoxicated and needed assistance walking to the car".
As the star's car sped off, her bodyguard Vernon Warren allegedy spat on the photographer and punched him in the mouth before telling him he needed to "learn respect". Keeler is seeking unspecified damages and punitive damages.
